There are lots of reasons why, some of them obvious, I am most probably a typical female and hate being over weight, I see my picture all over the place- damn Facebook- and need to do something about it. My health is not where I want it, and I am fed up with doctors not being able to pin point what is wrong, I feel like I am always a test specimen. Not the way forward at all!!
I have signed up with a company called Isagenix, and am excited to start using their natural products to help me along this path and keep me focused on my goal.
My love for cooking, growing my own herbs, fruit and salad items, crafting, house DIY and decorating and exercise are my focus for the foreseeable future, as they all allow me to put my family first. This new venture fits in so perfectly. I am going to love exploring all the opportunities.
I have always loved running half and full marathons, but those days may well be behind me, my right knee is just not playing ball their anymore, so as I explore new exercises to help me stay fit, i will post my successes and shortfalls for you. It is very hard for me to except running is out totally, so one of my aims is, to loose 30lbs and then go and see my knee surgeon again, and see what they think, maybe i can do half marathons, which is what they had hoped.
My box arrived today full of goodies from Isagenix, so tomorrow I can start my first 30 day cleansing and fat burning , i have taken all my measurements, and the ghastly before photo..let the
