I have not managed to fit two shakes in today , I think the heat, too much water, and so tired , so I am in bed now not sure what effect that will have, but all I need is to sleep.

Day 5 and alsoMothers day
I hope you all in the US had a lovely Mothers Day and any other countries that celebrate today also. I received a beautiful present from my children that they all helped with. I love it. My daughter organized it and got my son to send the first photo, as she had no idea how he was going to produce an 'O' and then she followed suite. Made my day, of course being able to enjoy a meal with everybody today was also delightful .
