Day 23

I can't believe I am a week away from completing my first 30 days. I cheated again today and went on the scales, I obviously need reassurance!! Anyway, at 16lbs down now, more than I dreamed I would be, so totally thrilled. I will celebrate on Day 30 with a glass of wine. 

I have set up a schedule now for information evenings at my house on Isagenix and everyone is welcome. It will be the 3rd Thursday of the month, 7pm until 8pm. So if you are in the Austin area, please feel free to come on down and try some products, watch a short video and ask questions. I am so pleased with how my body is responding to this product, I am going to share.

I went onto my autoship today , in the back office area of my website, when you purchase from Isagenix, you control your orders and shipments. It is not by placing orders through me, so you will have a web site and back office. Anyway, I decided to add chocolate shake to my order, Ben is very keen to try that, and also the barbecue and the sour cream and chive whey thins. I changed my shakes to a canister, one of my cleanse for life to the liquid, and I changed the flavour of my 'scooby snacks' , I thought it would be fun to see what the difference is.

I have not exercised today, but have vacuumed the house and done lots of washing up, that must count for something. I always feel bad when I don't exercise, but some days it is harder to fit in than others.

Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday, last week of school next week. Yeah to that.

I bought some mugs and they came with two packets of soup, butternut squash. The mug is made from corn husk plastic, Isagenix is great at recycling. The latest box that arrived had chocolate in it, so they put them in a cool box , which was totally compostable, which is exactly what I did with it. :-)
