Well so much for lots of updates!! another crazy day, rushing around. and I paid the price. I am not eating enough to have many days like today, so tomorrow needs to be calmer.
Well I started the day being naughty as usual and weigh myself, I was the same as yesterday, which for a brief moment i was miffed about, then I was OK about it. it has always been said you need to loose weight in a controlled manner and safely and healthy etc, so it is no wonder that I will have days that i do not loose, and if i was following the rules, then actually, I would not know, as my day for weighing myself is still 4 days away..so I got over that and got on with cooking the boys breakfast instead.
I have been very very tired today, to the point of yawning and wanting to curl up and sleep, which has not helped my to do list, or as they say here in Austin, the Honey do list :-) , it could be a number of things, I know that time of month is about to launch, in fact it should have, so maybe that, I stupidly this morning took the PM tablets packet and not the Am packet with my shake this morning, might have had an effect, a question for me to ask to those who have done this for much longer and know the answers or can find the answer :-) that is the beauty of having support in a team. I read a very interesting article in our team FB private page that i am waiting for permission to re post on my blog as a separate page, so you can always find it. It was saying how when you start putting better quality products in to your body it goes through cycles to get rid of the toxins and old , and this is not a gradual process but a process where the body achieve a level of success then has to regroup again as it finds more things to eliminate, anyway, I am not explaining it so well, the article hopefully will be on my side bar very soon, under Pages, for you to read. It is not that long, but makes a great deal of sense.
As my day was so crazy, I also did not take my meals or snacks regularly, and that would have contributed to my tiredness. I went from having a shake at about 8.30am to only having water until another shake at about 2.30pm, so i need to make sure I have a snack in the car in case I get caught like that again. Of course i am doing the 30 day cleanse and fat burning, most people are not trying to do this in a normal day, so once I have achieved my goal, i will be eating sensibly and having snacks that are sensible, but as I am trying to be literal , I am following the rules ( apart from weighing myself) and only eating/drinking what the pamphlet is saying at the moment.
So I think some good solid reasons why i am exhausted, and add on a 3 mile walk with 3 dogs, and you get the picture.
Tomorrow is going to be calmer. I am going to aim to just paint the down stairs toilet, and get that finished. I have a Skype call with Morag, who is going to talk me through more of the products, as today she let me know I can turn my Ionic supreme in the morning to a tea, so excited for tomorrow morning. I miss my hot drinks in the morning. So tips like that will make my life easier. All hail to Morag will be my thoughts wondering around the garden in the morning with a warm beverage and dogs :-)
I am off to sleep, tomorrow will arrive soon enough.
