It is evening again, all my good intentions of posting during the day, go out the window during the day. Just too much to get done, and I never seem to have the time. I clearly need to make time!
Today has gone well, I have managed to get lots done and even put my picture on my Isagenix website, thanks to a friend, who showed me how to resize photo's .
I had a delightful call from two people in Canada, we were on a conference call all about Isagenix and the products and different ways I can use the same products , taste of products, others tastes in the same product range, it was all so interesting. I will now be calling my IsaSnack tablets, basically the shakes in a tablet, taken on cleanse days, as Scooby snacks. They were encouraging me on my journey, as I head towards my second set of cleanse days, tomorrow and Saturday. I will be weighing myself on Saturday, but since I am also driving to Dallas/ Fort Worth area that day, and back, which is 3.5 hours each way, I might not manage to do all my measurements, so I am thinking of waiting until Sunday morning to do everything and then post immediately for you all. ( and of course me- the moment of reckoning)I am getting nervous, as I can feel the difference, but I really want the figures to totally support it.
I was thinking last night as I crawled in to bed exhausted, that in fact I have not slept so well in 5 years, and that is fantastic. It is having such an effect on me in other ways, my mental clarity is definitely better, I can keep my to do lists in my head and juggle it, if that makes sense. I am naturally an active person, but I am finding myself actioning jobs that have sat around for a while, and I LOVE that.
Plumbing is all back to normal, just in case you wanted to know, erase from your memory if you did not.
I have ordered some other items today for snacks, which will add variety, so when they arrive, I will share a photo of them, and what I think of them. I had to order my husband the milk chocolates today, he has a sweeter tooth than me! I am excited to try the savoury snacks I ordered.
I just realised that I have eaten my evening meal tonight and not had any bloating, that is amazing. I have been having so many problems with bloating and pain, and they even operated last September due to it, my stomach was so big, we named it Theo, it made all the staff in ER laugh that I had named my Stomach, but what else can you do. When they could not stop if from bloating up and up, and believe me, they tried many awful and uncomfortable ways, they operated. This has been a problem for me since we arrived in the US, so we knew it was something to do with food, but could not find anything that would stop the pain or bloating, and as i sit here, I realize for the first time in I do not know how long, I have eaten a normal meal of chicken, sweet potatoes, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes, and no pain and no bloating. Theo has disappeared. Now I am not going to tempt fate and say that is it for ever, but it is fantastic news for me. Absolutely fantastic news. wow, on that note, i am going to bed. I need to send a Skype message to my mum, she will be thrilled.
Good night all, sleep tight
